What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have about it.
AIO | Last updated: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AIO ("AIO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use the AIO dashboard (together, the "Service"). It applies to visitors, demo requesters, and customers alike.
What we collect depends on how you use AIO:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Account data | Name, work email, password (hashed), company name, plan and billing status. |
| Target configuration | Domains you track, target markets, competitor brands you benchmark, and the prompts you select or write. |
| Visibility data | Responses returned by third-party AI engines (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) to your tracked prompts, and the search-engine data used for your SEO score. |
| Connected integrations | Data pulled from Google Search Console and GA4 if you connect them, used to measure SXO; Slack and GitHub if you connect those, used only to deliver alerts or trigger scans. |
| Billing data | Handled by Paddle, our payment processor. We receive your subscription status and invoice history, not your full card number. |
| Usage & device data | Pages visited, browser type, IP address, and similar technical data collected automatically via cookies and analytics. |
To measure your visibility, AIO sends your tracked prompts to third-party AI and search engines and records their responses. These providers process the prompt text under their own privacy terms; we do not send them your account details, only the prompt itself. We don't control how these third parties use data on their end, and their practices may change outside our control.
We don't sell your personal information. We share data with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to run AIO:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the security of the Service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — in which case we'll notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you logged in), essential site functionality, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent the dashboard from working correctly.
We keep account and target data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a limited period in case you resubscribe, then delete or anonymize it, except where we're required to keep records for tax or legal reasons. You can request earlier deletion as described below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@aio.as — we'll respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
AIO is based in Türkiye and works with service providers in other countries. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
AIO is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We'll post changes here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active customers by email.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacy@aio.as.
